New York, New York

Arrived in NYC on time at about 3pm. Flight left ahead of schedule, arrived ahead of schedule, our bags were first (again) and appeared as we arrived at the baggage area. The good luck kept coming walked out, plenty of cabs and walked straight up got in, and the guy seemed like he knew the address we gave him in "the Village", turns out he did as well.

Settled ourselves in at Ben & Anne's apartment, and then went out for a great casual meal and one of the many local restaurants, "The New French" which is a short 5 minute stroll from the apartment. I have no idea why it is called the this, as it is not a French Restaurant, but absolutely great food. If you google the name you will see plenty of great write ups on it.

Great to be back in Manhattan with all the action and noise. Expect some great adventures in "the big apple".

Looking forward to tomorrow as Ben has a sports treat in store for me
